Magnolia New Home Elevations
The Magnolia Model’s exterior cladding is a mixture of natural and precast stone with smooth stucco finish walls. Two elevations are available, one exhibiting large windows, characterized by horizontal sand-colored panels, and the second, a distinct character emphasized with geometrically lined accents and a standing seam metal roof. In addition, each model offers eight exterior color palettes, all paying tribute to a tropical Bali/West Indies heritage. Each elevation’s availability is contingent on neighboring designs.
