The Hibiscus Model’s exterior cladding is a mixture of natural and precast stone with smooth stucco finish walls. Two elevations are available, one a traditional concept with a Bermuda tile roof outlined with brick accents, and the second, a sleek character emphasized with an impressionistic blocked concrete design and a standing seam metal roof. In addition, each model offers eight exterior color palettes, all paying tribute to a tropical Bali/West Indies heritage. Each elevation’s availability is contingent on neighboring designs.
